Everything they can do

Two things at once.

A bud who knows you, knows where you live, and remembers what you told it last month — in a vault only you can open. And, the moment you land somewhere you can't read the signs, an interpreter who speaks thirty-two languages in that same voice.

Pillar 01 · Every plan

A bud who knows you.

Say it out loud

Talk, and they talk back in their own voice, with their mouth actually moving. Someone is looking at you.

Or keep it quiet

Switch to typing when you don't feel like speaking. They pick up mid-thought, and they'll push back — ask for a pitch opener and Kitana asks what you're selling first.

They'll walk you there

"Take me to the station." The map opens, the route draws with the distance and time, and they talk you through it turn by turn as you move, in their voice, not some robot's. Type a start too, and it measures a trip you haven't left for yet.

They know where you are

Save one place as home and "find me a decent coffee around here" means your street, not the middle of the map. Say "where I am now" and they check where you actually are.

They'll look it up

Ask about something that only happened this morning and they'll go and check, instead of making it up. If they don't know, they say so.

Show them something

Send a photo and they'll actually look at it, then tell you what they think as themselves. Kitana will have an opinion. Kai probably won't say much.

Make something with them

Describe a picture and they'll make it, full size, right there in the conversation. Hand them one of yours and ask them to change it, and they'll do that too.

Everything you've made

Every image the two of you made together is saved and yours to keep. Nothing disappears when you close the app.

The first time you meet

They ask about you — where you're from, what you do, what you're working on — the way a person would. Then they bring it up later, when it matters.

Lore, on or off

Turn Aetheris on and they speak as who they really are: their city, their history, what it cost them. Turn it off and they're just someone good to talk to.

Adults only, if you want it

Confirm you're over 18 in Account and they stop being polite: they swear without being asked, tell the filthy version of the joke, and give you a hard time when you've earned it. Off by default. Your call, and you can switch it back off any time.

And the small things. Ask for the short version or the long one. Swipe the carousel and the buds talk to you as you go past, because it's a room with people in it, not a page of portraits.
New · Memory

Locked with a key we never see.

Everything your bud remembers about you is encrypted with a passphrase you choose, on your phone, before it reaches us. We don't have the passphrase. We can't read the memories. Neither can anyone who gets hold of our database, or anyone we're told to hand it to.

You also get a recovery key, once, to keep somewhere safe. Lose your phone and your bud comes back on the next one the moment you type either. Lose both and the memories are gone — for good, and for everyone, including us. That's the point.

Standard keeps the last 30 days. Heyabud+ keeps all of it, for as long as you're together.

New · The face

Their face changes before they answer.

Every one of the 22 characters carries its own emotional triggers, written out of its own fears, loves and history — a hundred and ten of them across the cast. Nothing generic, nothing shared between characters. What moves Kitana does nothing to Kai.

"Kitana — what happened to your brother?"
Her face falls, and then she answers. Swear at her and she pushes back. Tell her something good and she means it.
Grief Delight Defiance Curiosity Guilt Pride Contempt Relief Fear Mischief Rage Tenderness
This is the line between a character and a chatbot with a portrait. A chatbot reacts to what it is saying. A bud reacts to what you said.
Pillar 02 · Every plan

And an interpreter, the moment you land.

All of it shipped and working on a phone. A face that looks at the person in front of you and speaks their language is a different product from a translation app.

32 languages, in their own voice

Every character speaks all of them. No new recordings, no robot voice — the accent and cadence written into their Codex entry carry across.

Translate mode

Two people, one phone, taking turns. A banner shows whose turn it is in their own script, so a stranger can tell at a glance. Tap replay if they missed it.

Photo translation

Point the camera at a sign, a menu or a form. It reads it, translates it, and says it out loud. You never tell it what language you're looking at.

"Navigate me home"

Saved places mean home is your actual address, not a street called Home. The route is narrated in your language while the street names stay local.

Translate mode: an English question, its Spanish answer, both read aloud
Heyabud+

Build one that has never existed.

Five stages, with a live MetaHuman updating in front of you the whole way. You're assembling an actual person, not picking presets.

Heyabud+

The things only you will have.

Mind blending Plus

Take two personalities and slide them together into a third that has never existed. Try a thought out on them before you commit to it. Nobody else does this.

Their voice Plus

Every canonical bud arrives with a voice written into the Codex: accent, cadence, temperature. Building your own, you pick from the premium ElevenLabs set — and test a line before you commit.

Down to the detail Plus

Face, body, hair, eyes, clothing, props. The small things that make someone look like a person instead of a character-creator default. It all updates in front of you as you go.

They never forget Plus

Standard keeps the last 30 days, then lets go. Plus keeps all of it — locked in the same vault, for as long as you're together. A bud that grows old with you instead of one that resets.

Your buds, kept Plus

Everyone you build is saved to a shelf. Come back any time and pick up exactly where the two of you left off.

Made properly Plus

Real hair, real cloth, real skin. Nothing was flattened down to fit in your pocket.

All of it, from day one.

Nothing here is a roadmap item. It's what the app does.
